DescriptionEGR Valve connects the exhaust pipe with the intake pipe via a pipeline. The vacuum degree in the top part of its vacuum room is controlled by the EGR Control Solenoid Valve. The EGR Control Solenoid Valve is controlled by an ECU. The ECU controls the length of the On-time of the EGR Control Solenoid according to the engine speed, air flow rate, intake pressure, and temperature etc., so as to control the vacuum degree in the top part of the vacuum room of the EGR Valve. In this way, the opening of the EGR Valve can be controlled, so the amount of the exhaust gas that takes part in the recycle can be changed.
